Problem types
Errors of the CandleStack API. Every error response is application/problem+json (RFC 9457); its type links to one of these pages.
By status
- 401not-signed-inNot signed inThe request needs a signed-in user, and it has no session or the session ended.
- 403cross-origin-requestCross-origin requestA request that changes your account came from somewhere other than the CandleStack app.
- 404instrument-not-foundInstrument not foundThe instrument id in the request is not in the catalog of Binance spot pairs and US stocks and ETFs.
- 404no-manifestNo manifestThe model has no manifest yet, so there is nothing to show.
- 404not-foundNot FoundThere is no API endpoint at the requested path.
- 405method-not-allowedMethod Not AllowedThe endpoint exists, but not for this HTTP method.
- 408upload-timeoutUpload timed outThe file did not arrive within 2 minutes, so the upload was stopped.
- 409last-sign-in-methodLast sign-in methodThe sign-in method is the only one left on the account, and an account must keep at least one.
- 409model-name-takenModel name takenYou already have a model with this name.
- 409storage-fullStorage fullThe file does not fit into your storage, 100 MB for all your models together.
- 409too-many-modelsToo many modelsYou have 100 models, the most CandleStack keeps for one user.
- 409upload-in-progressUpload in progressAnother upload of yours is still in progress, and only one runs at a time.
- 413manifest-too-largeManifest too largeThe manifest is larger than 1 MB, the largest one CandleStack keeps.
- 413model-too-largeModel too largeThe file is larger than the largest file an upload takes, 50 MB.
- 415unsupported-model-formatUnsupported model formatThe file is not in a format CandleStack takes. It takes Keras models (.keras) and ONNX models (.onnx).
- 422manifest-check-failedManifest check failedThe manifest did not pass its checks, so it was not kept and the model stays as it was.
- 422model-check-failedModel check failedThe uploaded file did not pass a check of the model, so it was not kept.
- 422period-out-of-rangePeriod out of rangeThe requested period reaches outside the candles the instrument has for this timeframe.
- 422too-many-candlesToo many candlesThe period and timeframe of the request would return more candles than one response may hold.
- 422validationInvalid requestOne or more parameters of the request are missing or malformed.
- 429rate-limitedToo many requestsThis client address sent more candle and instrument detail requests in one minute than the limit allows.
- 500internal-errorInternal server errorThe server failed to handle the request because of an error on the CandleStack side.
- 502source-data-invalidInvalid data from the sourceThe market data source sent data for this request that failed validation, so it was not used.
- 503source-unavailableData source unavailableThe market data source needed for this request cannot be reached right now.
